Stone Crab Mustard Sauce

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp half and half
4 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp steak sauce (like A1)
Salt (to taste)
Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

1. Whisk mayo, half and half, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and steak sauce in small bowl until smooth.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Chill for approximately 45 minutes.

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
2 tsp horseradish
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
2 tsp Sweet hot mustard
Lemon juice from ½ lemon
1 dash garlic powder

Instructions:

1. Blend ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Cook on simmer until warm. DO NOT BOIL.
3. Serve with cold stone crab or any seafood
