Stone Crab Dipping Sauce
Difficulty: Simple Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream 2 tsp horseradish Salt (to taste) Black pepper (to taste) 2 tsp Sweet hot mustard Lemon juice from ½ lemon 1 dash garlic powder

Instructions:

1. Blend ingredients in a saucepan. 2. Cook on simmer until warm. DO NOT BOIL. 3. Serve with cold stone crab or any seafood
